Rapeseed and its identification according to UPOV

In the article there is shown status of State registers of Kazakhstan, Republics of Middle Asia and CIS countries. There was analyzed international using of rapeseed cultivars and hybrids and criteria of biological and morphological traits for the further using of those cultivates and hybrids in production of high quality rapeseed of Russian and foreign breeding in the republic of Kazakhstan. Also there is shown cardinal points, concerning the entering of the Kazakhstan Republic to the International Convention on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV), technical criteria of DUS-testing and patentable power.
