Calculation of state anti-drug programs indicators for regions of the Russian Federation

The article is based on research of state anti-drug programs from some regions of the Russian Federation. The authors summarize the existing approaches for defining the estimated figures of drug-situation and give recommendations for estimating the conditions and dynamic of the drug-situation on regional level.
