Calculation of individual and collective risk in case of failure of a crane-manipulator on a garbage truck

The article presents an assessment of the risk associated with the operation of truck-mounted cranes on garbage trucks in the context of the growing volume of municipal solid waste (MSW) in Russia. Using the method of fault tree analysis and statistical data from Rostekhnadzor, individual and collective risks of accidents caused by various types of equipment failures are determined. The results of the analysis allow us to determine the most likely causes of accidents and assess the level of danger.
