The article considers the study of the gas turbine engine shaft for vibrations. The purpose of the work is to carry out a calculation to determine the list of resonant frequencies. In the process of work, the analysis of the influence of critical rotation speeds on the stability of the rotor and the calculation of the resonant frequencies of the rotor were carried out using the SolidWorks software package. As a result of the work, the patterns of stable operation of rotors and determination of their type, based on the operating mode, were obtained, and a list of resonant frequencies of rotation for the initially adopted rotor model was established.
