Calculation of comparative advantages for the public-private partnership projects as risk analysis mechanism

In this article there is a technique of assessment of comparative advantages of the projects, performed in the form of public-private partnership is considered, based on the example of the project on a swimming pool construction for the federal university and residents. Key aspects of application of a method are provided and also its benefits and shortcomings are estimated.
