Proposed a design model to determine the strength of the inclined section of bending reinforced concrete element without transverse reinforcement on the action shear force, which is a feature of the account of forces hitch in inclined crack. Shows the calculated dependences for definition of a component of the forces acting in inclined section. A comparative analysis of experienced values destructive loads the inclined section and the theoretical values obtained on the proposed dependencies and code methods of calculation. It is shown that the proposed design model allows to increase the constructive reliability and safety of design decisions, including elements of high-strength concrete.
