Calculation of the power spectrum of complex low-dimensional heterostructures in the presence of electric field

Solution algorithm for stationary Schrodinger equation with complex piecewise constant potential in the presence of electric field is realized. The algorithm is based on consecutive matching solutions in the form of Airy functions in adjacent zones without increase of matrix rank more than two, that allows to receive the characteristic equation in a form convenient for searching roots. The developed algorithm provides correct solution in the case when applied electric field exceeding value of the basic power level, i.e. in conditions when we will not apply the perturbation method.
