Expenditure budget of a district town (case study of town of Tyumen of the Tobolsk province of 1895-1913)

The article describes the budget expenditures of the chief district town - Tyumen. All types of city expenditures are divided into groups of the budgetary expenditures. As follows from the analysis of its structure, the biggest share of all budget money was allocated for the town economy and social sphere. It is concluded, that as long as the town budget had deficiency of money, the town government was forced to make cut of expenditure in some parts of the budget.
