The budget expenses of the Russian Federation on the defense in the 2000-th years

The article is devoted to the budgetary policy of the state concerning the national defense in the 2000th years. The military expenses are analyzed on the basis of the budget laws. The author make the conclusion, that the dynamic growth of the military expenses is considered by the state as a way of the military tasks solution, the army modernizations, ensuring high rates of the military production development.
