Machine learning technologies are increasingly penetrating into everyday life and are increasingly used to solve scientific problems, can be used when working with various types of information. One of the unsolved problems of instrumental transcommunication (ITC) is the interpretation of the received audio and visual information, regardless of the method. The article briefly describes services for ITCs based on artificial neural networks.
