The distribution of income and expenditure between levels of budgetary system of the Russian Federation: trends and challenges

The article analyzes the current budget of the Russian Federation, examines key items of budget revenues and expenditures in the medium term, draws a number of conclusions on the possible improvement of the budget system management system, both at the regional and state levels.
