The article deals with the problem of distribution of responsibility in the organization as a condition of quality performance of professional duties. Necessity of distribution of responsibility is proved, the mechanism of distribution of responsibility is described. On the example of PJSC "Bank URALSIB" the main problems of distribution of responsibility in the organization are investigated and measures for elimination of the revealed problems are offered.
