Distribution of powers of state authorities and local governments in the field of traffic management

The article is devoted to the analysis authority of public authorities and local governments in the organization of road traffic. The normative legal base of distribution of competence in the field of the organization of road traffic of state authorities and local governments is researched. The author’sposition regarding the discussed topic taking into account the new Federal law “On the Organization of Road Traffic” is expressed.
