Распространенность дегенеративных заболеваний позвоночника в Киргизской Республике

Не вызывает сомнения тот факт, что с возрастом и приобретением трудового стажа, каждый человек зарабатывает не только почет и блага, но и приводит к возникновению болезней опорно-двигательного аппарата, которые несомненно в той или иной степени, влияют на качество жизни. Следует отметить, что полномасштабного изучения распространенности дегенеративных заболеваний в Кыргызстане и степени влияния на социальную сторону жизни населения не проводилось. Целью данного исследования явилось изучение распространенности дегенеративно-дистрофических заболеваний за 6 лет (2010-2015) и их значение в структуре инвалидности. В рамках ретроспективного исследования статистических данных о заболеваниях позвоночника за 6 лет, обращаемость составила- 19186 случаев, причем в некоторых областях отмечалось повышение данного показателя. Так в Ошской с 1177 в 2010 году до 1224 в 2015 году, увеличение числа пациентов на 47 больных, что составляет 0,7%, Джалал-Абадской с 402 больных в 2010 до 694 в 2015 году, увеличение на 292 (9,6%). Среднереспубликанский показатель первичного выхода на инвалидность от болезней костно-мышечной системы в исследуемый период был равен 1,7, однако постоянный прирост наблюдался выше среднереспубликанского в Баткенской (4,4), Иссык-Кульской (3,4), Нарынской (2,7), Таласской (2,1), и Чуйской (2,1) областях.

Prevalence of degenerative diseases of the spine in the Kyrgyz Republic
There is no doubt that with the years, and the acquisition of work experience, each person earns not only merit, and the benefits that result from it. However, gradually, and in most people, there are diseases of the musculoskeletal system, which undoubtedly, to some extent, affect the favorable existence. Nevertheless, it should be noted that a full-scale study of the prevalence of degenerative diseases in the Kyrgyz Republic and the degree of influence on the social side of the life of the population never carried out. The purpose of this study was to study the prevalence of degenerative-dystrophic diseases in the Kyrgyz Republic for 6 years (2010-2015) and their significance in the structure of disability. In the framework of a retrospective study of statistical data on diseases of the spine for 6 years, the turnover was 19186 cases, and in some areas, there was an increase in this indicator. So, in Osh from 1177 in 2010 to 1224 in 2015, an increase in the number of patients in 47 patients, representing 0.7%, of Jalal-Abad region with 402 patients in 2010 to 694 in 2015, an increase of 292 (9.6%). The average republican rate of more disability exit from the diseases of the musculoskeletal system was 1.7 in the study period, but the increase was always higher than the average republican rate in Batken (4.4), Issyk-Kul (3,4), Naryn (2,7), Talas (2,1), and Chui (2,1) areas.
