This article describes investigation of borderline personality disorders (BPD). BPD is a chronic psychiatric condition characterized by pervasive pattern of instability in affect regulation and relationships, difficulty of impulse control, recurrent suicidal and self-injury behavior. 15 % out-patients and 25 % inpatients persons have BPD diagnosis. BPD persons constitute all cases admitted to clinic with depression, addiction, PTSD, eating disorders and suicidal attempt. BPD patients are characterized by low level of compliance and conflict relationships with clinic staff. Long-term investigation estimates, that emotion instability is stable; but impulse control, recurrent suicidal and self-injury behavior are considerably improved
