110 children with diabetes 1 type from Krasnodar with prevalence of alleles of polymorphic variants of genes HLA/DQB1 and HLA/DQA1 regarded in this article. Conducted a comparative analysis of frequency of occurrence in other populations, living in Russia (Buryatia, Bashkir, Tuva, Vologda population, Tomsk population, Moscow population, Yakut, Krasnodar population). These groups differ in epidemiological indicators, climatе conditions of residence and differences between ethnic groups. The analysis of alleles popularity among the Slavonic population of Krasnodar Region showed the most often popular alleles: DQA1*0301 (38,18%), DQA1*0501 (28,64%), DQВ1*0201 (33,64%), DQВ1*0302(31,36%) - related to the predisposing alleles. "New" association with DM 1 for HLA genes, described only in the Russian population - DQВ1*0304 [3] selected in 4,55% patients of Krasnodar Region. Conclusion: recommendations on determination of significance of predisposing alleles of HLA system for DM 1 prognosis can spread on all Slavonic populations and must differ from recommendations for populations of Tuvinians, Yakuts, Buryats and Uzbeks.
