Prevalence of the arterial hypertension at workers of locomotive brigades

Desease by an arterial hypertension and time disability among engineman and assistants engineman Samara branch Kujbyshevskoj of the railway of Open Society RZD is analysed. Growth of desease with hypertonic illness at workers of locomotive brigades (in 2006 21 %, in 2009 27 %) is marked. The complex decision of a problem of preventive maintenance, diagnostics, treatment of an arterial hypertension for decrease(reduction) in a level of desease and time invalidity is necessary.
