Investigation and classification of fraud with the use of mental violence

For the first time the article presents the approach to consideration of a fraud with the use of mental violence. The author gives examples and recommendations for investigation of the specified corpus delicti. Taking into account peculiarities of classification of fraud at the present stage of the development of society the author proves the necessity to insert additions to Art. 159 of the Penal Code of RF.
