In this article, the authors consider the specifics of investigation planning in the investigation of human trafficking. The article emphasizes that when investigating human trafficking, plans should be drawn up: for the case as a whole; for individual episodes; for individual defendants. In addition, the article notes that due to the complexity of criminal cases of human trafficking, it is advisable to draw up a written plan of investigative action. In conclusion, the authors of the article note that the number of criminalistic elements listed in the article for planning an investigation of human trafficking is not exhaustive and can be expanded and supplemented depending on each specific criminal case.
