Consideration by the prosecutor of complaints about the inaction of the bodies of preliminary investigation

This article discusses the activities of the Prosecutor for the supervision of the investigation and inquiry bodies in terms of improper performance of investigative actions necessaryfor the qualitative verification of reports of crimes, as well as inaction in the investigation of criminal cases. It isconcluded that the role of prosecutorial supervision, which is an effective way to restore the violated rights of citizens.
