Affective spectrum disorders: relevant issues of psychopathology and therapy (according to materials of the XXIst EPA congress)

This publication provides an overview of plenary sessions, symposia and poster presentations of the XXI s EPA Congress (6-9 April 2013, Nice, France) that cover contemporary problems of clinical diagnosis of affective spectrum disorders. А number of important issues concerning comorbidity, differential diagnosis, prognosis, clinical presentation and therapy approach of depression and bipolar disorder is reviewed.
