The article examines the relationship between China and the Middle East, its impact on the countries of the Persian Gulf. The history of cooperation between countries goes back about 2000 years, when trade played a vital role in improving trade relations. Today, the world is witnessing the restoration of these ancient trade relations between civilizations, except that rapid economic growth and development in the region has replaced the trade in jade and silk. The Belt and Road Initiative (OBOR), announced in 2013, forms a strategic crossroads for trade and sea routes linking Asia with Europe and Africa, making China the hub of global trade networks.
