Electrolyte solutions as a dispersed phase of highly concentrated water in oil emulsions

The paper discusses the regularities of emulsions formation of various types, where one of the phases is a solution of a mixture of electrolytes in a wide range of concentrations. Particular attention is given to highly concentrated emulsions such as "water in oil, containing a dispersed phase of a concentrated solution of a mixture of electrolytes. By measuring the dynamic viscosity we found the total electrolyte concentration at which the structuring of solutions and emulsions is done. The process of self-structuring of the emulsion over time in the volume is analyzed in the article.
