The method of life span prediction patients with ductal adenocarcinoma of pancreas. The study survival after resection of pancreatic cancer an average of 8 months. The cumulative percentage of survivors at 1 year after surgery was 0.43. The following indicators were selected independent of each other morphological factors that are important for studying the events (life expectancy): extrapancreatic perineural invasion, expression mucin 1 and 5AC type aberrations gene MYC, expression metastin.
