Robbery and robbery: problems of law enforcement practice

This scientific article contains the main provisions on the existing concepts of robbery and robbery in the Russian criminal legislation, and also reveals their main differences and similarities. The author identifies the leading problems faced by law enforcement officers when qualifying an act that has signs of crimes such as robbery and robbery. In conclusion, the scientific article presents possible solutions to the identified problems, which are supported by proposals to amend the current Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
