Division of jointly acquired property of spouses after dissolution of marriage and the statute of limitations

Purpose: Consideration of the problem of establishing a statute of limitations in the division of jointly acquired property of spouses. Methodology: Formal legal and historical - legal methods were used in this work. Results: Based on this study, it was revealed that the domestic legislation needs to introduce clarifications regarding the Statute of limitations in the division of joint property. Novelty/originality/value: The Article has a scientific value, as the question of clarifying the limitation period of the division of property is very important and relevant at the present time
