Disclosure of state secrets: objective signs

The disclosure of state secrets is carried out without criminal collusion with foreign intelligence agencies and without the desire to enter into such a conspiracy in order to damage the security of Russia. Nevertheless, this crime objectively contributes to the leakage of Russian secrets outside the country and their further use in actions directed against the security of our state. This article examines the objective signs of a crime under Article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, analyzes the object of the crime and the objective side.
