Distinction of the service agreement and the contract agreement

The article provides a legal analysis of the qualifications and delineation of the contract for paid provision of servants and the contract. It is noted that the legal regime for the sale of services and performance is diverse, despite the fact that the application of certain rules on contracts to contracts for the provision of services for a fee is permissible, but only in certain cases. Within the framework of the contract for the provision of paid services, the legal regulation of various groups of services is differentiated, which makes it possible to differentiate and systematize the features of the contract for the provision of paid services and the work contract.
