Differentiation of fraud with the use of official position and official crimes

The article is devoted to the problem of differentiation of fraud with the use of official position and official crimes. Today, due to the lack of legislative consolidation of these criteria, this issue is relevant. The article analyzes the signs by which it is possible to distinguish these elements of the crime. Comparison of such elements of the crime will allow to properly qualify socially dangerous acts by law enforcers.
