Differentiation of the concepts of treasure and find in civil law

This work is devoted to the analysis and differentiation of the concepts of “treasure” and “find” in the context of civil law. The study provides an overview of legal practice and legislation relating to the definition and regulation of these concepts, as well as their impact on legal relations between persons discovering values. Particular attention is paid to the legal consequences of the discovery of treasures and finds, including issues of their ownership, use and disposal.
