Limitation of the concepts of "a person with disabilities of health" and "disabled"

The article is devoted to the study of terminology and theoretical foundations of inclusive education. An analysis of the existing regulatory and legal framework has shown that there are problems in understanding the terminology enshrined in the legislation. Analytic activities have been carried out to distinguish between the terms "person with disabilities" and "disabled person".
