Delimitation of crimes provided for in art. 143 and 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: problems of theory and practice of qualification

The article is devoted to the problems of differentiation of crimes provided for in Articles 143 and 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The work considers the theoretical aspects of the qualification of these offenses, and also analyzes the practice of their application by law enforcement agencies. Attention is paid to the difficulties that arise in differentiating these crimes, which can lead to legal ambiguities and errors in qualification. The main criteria are identified that allow for a clearer differentiation of these standards.
