The author explores the questions of booking of orders for goods, performance of work, rendering of service for the state and municipal needs by means of carrying out the open auction in-line. On the basis of analysis of normative legal acts the author concludes that it is necessary to fix normatively certain procedures more strictly the open auction on-line.
