Thoughts on «Strategy 2030»

The article deals with the problem of the crisis of the Soviet economic system, first of all from the point of its political but not economic reasons. The article focuses on the analysis of institutional, foreign policy and military strategic context of that hard structural disbalance in which the Soviet national economy had been developing during the postwar decades. On the ground of the achieved results, the author makes a conclusion about limited applicability of liberal market principles of economic development to the historically formed context of Russian national economy.
