Development of architectural model of information-technological services of information support of procurement management system of network trading companies

This research is devoted to the development of an architectural model of information-technological services aimed at information support of the procurement management system of network trading companies. The relevance of the topic is explained by the fundamental importance of this type of activity for businessin the retail sector, the complex nature of the management system of network organizations in the industry under consideration and the accelerating pace of digitalization of trade. The paper presents an analysis of the current scientific and practical approaches to improving the procurement management system, and formulates the author's view on the prospects for the development of this issue. In the course of research, the authors presented a review of the most common approaches to the organization ofprocurement management structure and highlighted the options of partnership with suppliers. Based on this review, the authors developed a model of ther equirements of the main stakeholders in the field ofprocurement management and presented a decompositionof the relevant business process in accordance with the realized business functions. The result of the study wasthe development of an architectural model of information-technological services of information support of theprocurement management system of network trading companies.
