Development of an architectural model of information-technological services of information support of the system of management of logistic activity of network retail

The topic of this study is the development of an architectural model of information-technological services of information support of the logistics management system of network retailers. The relevance of thetopic is due to the high level of influence of digitalization on the logistics activities of large network retailers, whose management system has a complex and disparate structure. In the framework of the research the authorsgive an overview of the directions of improving the logistics management system in trade and formulate theauthor's view in this area. In the course of the research the authors presented a review of the typical schemesof goods movement of network trading companies and identified the requirements of the main stakeholders inthis area. Also the decomposition of the business process of logistics management based on the realized business functions was presented. The result of the research were architectural models of information-technological services of information support of business functions of logistics management system.
