Development of a human-centered methodology for UX-research of internal information products of the banking sector

This article reviews the existing methodologies for evaluating user experience and describes their main stages. Based on the analyzed methodologies, a new methodology for user experience evaluation is developed, which is focused on internal products of the banking sector and takes into account the best practices of existing methodologies. It also focused on the trend of human-centeredness and takes the user as a person with his/her own problems and needs as its basis.
