Model development of the association of educational institutions in the field of e-learning

The need to form a unified education space in the region is determined by a number of factors: by the necessity to increase access to quality education through the use of e-learning and distance learning technologies, by the demand for providing individual educational trajectories. Therefore, the need for a joint approach to the development of e-learning arises as it will enable to avoid possible errors, to decrease financial costs and to obtain a synergistic effect for the development of the whole education system. The development of electronic education in the republic of Bashkortostan and the creation of an association in the field of e-learning is a strategic objective. The paper presents the model of the associations of educational institutions in the field of e-learning in the framework of the joint project activities. The joint activities include: clarification of the idea of usefulness and convenience of electronic services and forms of education; monitoring of the development of e-learning in the educational organization of the association; increasing the level of knowledge and skills of teachers in the field of e-learning and distance educational technologies; development, creation and sharing of educational resources on a single platform; support of scientific researches, innovations in e-learning; cooperation with other associations in the field of e-learning and distance educational technologies. The author describes the model of the association of the education institutions in the field of e-learning. The model includes goals and objectives, teaching tools, indicators, expected results.
