The design of fiscal policy with the use of the balanced scorecard on the example of JSC "Rushydro"

Annotation The process of financial management using a balanced scorecard is the management of financial indicators at each stage of the formation of the final value of the company. After analyzing the key performance indicators, a set of measures is developed to make the company's work more efficient, which will increase the return of capital invested by owners. In this work, measures were proposed to optimize the existing cost structure, to increase the efficiency of employees. In addition, the company's revenue was forecasted and a strategic forecast map of financial management was drawn up.
