Development and Algorithmic Support of an Adaptive Automated Water Purifi cation System Based on a Programmable Controller

Бесплатный доступ

This article discusses a modernized water treatment system designed for facilities with stringent water quality and operational autonomy requirements. The system, controlled by a programmable logic controller, includes a feedback loop using turbidity meters at the inlet and outlet, allowing for adaptive operation based on the quality of the source and treated water. Implementing this logic allows for real-time performance evaluation and, if necessary, redirection of water for reprocessing, ensuring consistent end product quality. A schematic diagram of the system and its basic operating algorithm are presented. The installation of a programmable logic controller and real-time sensors will signifi cantly improve treatment effi ciency, reduce water consumption for technical needs, and minimize operator intervention.
