The process of developing expert systems in the organization is significant today, as an increasing number of tasks appear in the work. This includes: ensuring an uninterrupted production and personnel process, increasing profits, social directions and much more. Information security is also of great importance, which helps to protect the organization from the transfer of confidential information to competitors and the leakage of valuable personnel. Thus, the relevance of the topic of developing and improving the efficiency of expert systems in an organization is the need to apply new methods in work and production processes.
