The article describes a new approach to the objects of cultural and natural heritage as a resource for the tourism industry to implement the Regional Investment Ethnocultural Projects. Cultural traditions and unique objects of historical and cultural heritage are the sources for the creation of original and amplitudinous ethno-cultural projects.
