Development and validation of methods of quantitative determination of substance 3-[2-oxo-2-(4-phenyl-1- piperazinyl)ethyl]quinazoline-4(3H)-one by method of potentiometric titration in a non-aqueous environment

The possibility of using of potentiometric titration in a nonaqueous medium for the quantitative determination of the substance 3-[2-(4-phenyl-1-piperazino)-2-oxoethyl]quinazoline-4(3H)-one has been studied. The methodology for determination was developed and its validation was evaluated in terms of parameters linearity, precision, correctness.
