The article describes the peculiarities of the development and implementation of the marketing strategy. The example of a children 's development centre shows its importance and the main provisions necessary to improve the effectiveness of the organization. Taking into account the analysis of the situation on the market of children 's development centers, internal and external risks have been identified. Strengths in preventing strong competition have been identified.
