Integration platform development and implementation for the transport accessibility assessing for new residential complexes

The article discusses the integration platform developing process and implementing to assess the new residential complexes transport accessibility. The platform allows analyze various aspects: the transport infrastructure, including the public transport availability, congestion at nearby hubs, parking spaces and other factors affecting the comfort of living. Special attention is paid to the application developed system practical aspects, which was tested on a sample of more than 50 residential complexes located in different districts in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region. Platform’s role in decision-making in the design and construction of new residential facilities is described.
