In the article by using open software products developed and implemented a set of IT-tools to automate the activities of the company. During the development of the complex solutions was determined as the most effective system. Namely: the system of customer relationship management - SuiteCRM, conducting projects in Redmine. And also free solution computer telephony Asterisk: freePBX necessary for automatic connection of maintaining telephone communication between the subscribers. This complex of systems is needed in order to show that they can be used to solve most business problems.
