Development inactivated vaccine against infectious bursal disease

Strain of IBD virus and adjuvant for the production of inactivated vaccine were selected as the result of conducted investigation. The antigenic and immunogenic activities of inactivated vaccine with different methods of administration and the influence of dose on its immunobiological properties were established. The vaccine is effective biological substance with prolonged shelf-life and it can cause a prolonged and high-level immunity.
