Development of an information system for a trusted communications by spoken employees

The article studies the importance and peculiarities of information system development to ensure trusted communication of employees on business trips. The requirements to the system, including security of data transmission and storage, as well as usability for employees are considered in detail. Special attention is paid to the issue of electronic signature of documents. The result of the work is the justification of the necessity of creating such systems and the proposal of key principles and aspects of their development.
