Development of innovative financial strategy of PJSC Severstal

The article analyzes the financial condition of PJSC Severstal, during which significant problems of the enterprise were identified in terms of reducing dividend income and increasing dependence on borrowed capital. In order to increase investment attractiveness and hedge financial risks, recommendations were developed for the creation of innovation circles and holding a competition for the "best innovation of the year". The implementation of the proposed measures will improve the financial results of PJSC Severstal, which will be reflected in the growth of profit and profitability indicators.
