The paper investigates modern features and problems of innovational marketing. Trends of the development of strategic marketing in companies and the role of strategic marketing are identified as well. Companies will focus on international markets, the use of advanced technologies and other innovations while carrying out their activities. The fundamental factor for designing the marketing strategy of a company is the orientation towards the balance and harmonization of interests of all participants of the economic environment.
